Exploring Life Roles – Workshop

Experiential Workshop with Psychodrama Elements Xcenter Nova Gorica What roles do we play in our everyday lives, and how do they shape our relationships? Through sociometry, role mapping, group work and elements of psychodrama, we will explore our relationships, the roles we live, and those we would like to give more space to. The workshop will take place in a safe and supportive environment, and participants will be free to choose their own level of involvement throughout. It is intended for adults who would like to better understand themselves and their relationships with others. No previous experience is required.
