Idrija Žlikrofi Festival

The Idrija Žlikrofi Festival is the central culinary event in the Idrija-Cerkno region, promoting the first Slovenian dish with the status of a Guaranteed Traditional Speciality – idrijski žlikrofi. The event attracts around 6,000 visitors to Mejca Park each year, focusing on presenting the rich flavors of this traditional dish by encouraging guests to taste Idrija Žlikrofi served with more than 30 various sauces.
